Return Policy

Returns Window

We accept returns up to 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. 


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@excelit.store. Provide photos or a video of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you. 


Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email support@excelit.store with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Shipping Instructions: Do not send the product back to the manufacturer. We will provide you with the correct return address and a return shipping label.
  3. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [e.g., 5-10] business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying for their own return shipping costs for non-defective items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods cannot be returned (e.g., perishable items, custom/personalized products, or intimate/sanitary goods). Please check specific product descriptions before purchasing. 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at  support@excelit.store.
