Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we or our fulfillment partners are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following options:

Standard Shipping (Orders over $50 USD): FREE (10–20 business days)

Standard Shipping (Orders under $50 USD): $3.00 USD flat rate (10–20 business days)
- Order Cutoff Time: 12:00 AM (EST)
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24–48 hours of shipment. You can track your package directly through our tracking page.
4. Multiple Packages
Because we work with multiple global fulfillment partners to bring you the best prices, orders containing multiple different items may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package, and they may arrive a few days apart.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Excelit is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, which means there is a very small window to change or cancel an order. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at support@excelit.store immediately. Once an item has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
