Excelit Deep Tissue Muscle Massage Gun

The Excelit Deep Tissue Muscle Massage Gun is a handheld percussion massager sized to be held one-handed and reached around your own shoulder. Depending on the version you choose there are 6, 30, or 99 intensity levels, set through an LED touch screen on the back of the handle. The lower end is gentle enough for the neck and forearms; the higher settings suit dense muscle like quads, glutes, and calves.

Four interchangeable heads come in the box, each shaped for a different job: a round head for large muscle groups, a flat head for broad even pressure, a bullet head for concentrated work, and a fork head that straddles the spine or an Achilles tendon rather than hitting it directly. The composite body keeps the weight down for longer sessions, and the whole unit charges over USB-C. A charging cable, the four heads, and a manual are included.

Keep the gun moving rather than holding it in one spot, and work each muscle group for a minute or two at a time. Never use it directly on bone, joints, the spine, the front of the neck, or any area that is bruised, swollen, or numb. This is a recovery accessory, not a medical device, and it is not intended to treat any condition.
