Excelit Electric Vibrating Foam Roller

The Excelit Electric Vibrating Foam Roller adds a motor to a standard recovery roller, so the surface pulses while you move over it. Depending on the version you choose there are four or five speed settings, selected with a single click-start button and shown on an LED panel alongside the battery level. Higher settings suit dense areas like quads and glutes; lower ones are better for calves and the upper back.

The outer surface is split into three zones. A granular section mimics fingertip pressure, small wave lines give a moderate finger-massage feel, and large wave lines spread your weight across a wider area like a palm. The high-density EVA shell is firm enough to hold its shape under bodyweight without being so rigid that muscles tense against it. An internal lithium battery charges over USB in a few hours and comes with a carry bag and manual.

Use it as a warm-up before training and again afterwards, spending no more than a minute or two on any one area and rolling slowly rather than fast. Keep it off your lower back, the backs of your knees, and any joint or bone. This is a recovery accessory, not a medical device, and it is not intended to diagnose or treat any condition.
