A roller you press into a muscle only reaches one side at a time. The Excelit Leg and Arm Massage Roller closes around the limb instead, so its fourteen wheels grip from both directions and pressure stays even without pinning your leg against the floor. Each wheel is built from three gear-shaped soft rubber discs that flex as they turn, and the central hinge swings through 180 degrees, so the gap can be set to a calf, a thigh, or a forearm.
Both handles unclip. Used two-handed the roller works your own legs from a seated position; opened flat it reaches the waist, shoulders, and the back of the neck.
