The Excelit Yoga Mat is sized at 173 by 60cm, which is long enough to lie down full length without your heels or head sliding off the end. It comes in three thicknesses. The 3mm version is the most stable underfoot and packs down smallest, 4mm is the middle ground most people settle on, and 6mm gives the most cushioning for kneeling work, floor stretches, and anyone with sensitive knees or wrists.
The EVA foam construction is closed-cell, so sweat sits on the surface rather than soaking in. That makes the mat quick to wipe down after a session and keeps it from holding odour over time. It is light enough to roll up and carry in a backpack, and it has enough give to absorb impact during floor work while still returning to shape. Six colours are available: purple, black, pink, blue, deep blue, and green.
Lay the mat on a clean, flat, dry floor and let it flatten out for a few minutes after unrolling if it has been stored tightly. Wipe it with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry fully before rolling it up. Keep it away from direct sunlight and heaters, which make foam brittle over time. On very smooth or polished floors, check your footing before attempting standing balance poses.
